In addition to my research, I also work as an independent book and manuscript designer. I have designed PhD theses, various short texts, and I am currently the designer of two academic journals: Philament: An Online Journal of Literature, Arts, and Culture and the Australasian Journal of American Studies (‘AJAS’).

Always great to collect the physical copy of the Australasian Journal of American Studies, published by @USSC and ANZASA, and designed by this tweeter. This makes 6 copies and 2 years’ worth of typesetting! pic.twitter.com/6x4ciHMYzd

Happy to collect my material copy of the latest Australasian Journal of American Studies (37.1), which I’m lucky enough to design and proof twice a year for @USSC and ANZASA. This issue is great — and, as always, congrats to authors. pic.twitter.com/9TSSKeAEhf

Identity design
I also design logos and identities, primarily for academic brands. I recenty produced a brand identity for a project titled Cellular Horizons:

Previous work includes the brand, identity, website and merchandise for community running group Kirribilli Runners. Visit a saved version of the website here.

I also updated the website for Sydney Health Law.
